1 General Provisions

This terms and conditions document defines the legal relationship between the 77 db platform and its members. 77 db is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in English for Bangladeshi users.

In this document, "platform", "we", or "77 db" refers to the organisation operating this service. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to anyone who has registered on this platform or is using the service.

Accessing the 77 db website or using any of its services will be considered full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Membership and Account

Registering as a member of 77 db is entirely voluntary. Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration is mandatory. If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, the platform reserves the right to cancel that account at any time.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account.
• The name, mobile number, and email address provided at registration must be genuine.
• An OTP and identity document may be required for account verification.
• Opening an account in a third party's name is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened from a single household or a single device.

2.2 Account Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount or for other purposes, 77 db may request a copy of a government-issued identity document to verify identity. Certain services may be temporarily suspended until this verification process is completed.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All gaming and betting services on 77 db are strictly for persons aged 21 or over. Any person under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

At any stage of age verification, 77 db may request proof of a member's age. If proof cannot be provided, the platform reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the account.

4 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. No other person may be given access to your account.

• Do not share your username and password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify 77 db support immediately.
• If you log in on a public device, log out at the end of your session.
• Changing your password regularly is recommended.

In the event of account information theft or unauthorised access, 77 db will investigate as quickly as possible; however, the platform will not be liable for losses caused by third-party access.

5 Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited into 77 db via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

A minimum of ৳800 is required for a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• It is advisable for the withdrawal method to match the deposit method.
• Withdrawing before meeting bonus wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If identity verification is pending, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• For suspicious transactions, 77 db reserves the right to carry out additional verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

77 db offers various bonuses and promotions; however, each bonus has its own terms which must be read before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the balance ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• Different bonuses cannot be used at the same time (stacked).
• Misuse of bonuses or any attempt at fraud may result in the bonus and account being cancelled.
• 77 db reserves the right to change the terms of any active bonus or withdraw a bonus at any time.

7 Gaming Rules

The 77 db platform offers a range of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be found on that game's page.

• The records stored on the server will be considered final for the purpose of verifying game results.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, 77 db may refund the bet amount.
• The platform is not responsible for game losses caused by a member's network disconnection.
• If an incorrect result appears in any game, notify support immediately.

For sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the bet amount will be refunded. However, once a match has started, it is not possible to change or cancel a bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77 db platform, and violations may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system for dishonest purposes (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Taking unfair advantage of technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other members or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Using 77 db's intellectual property (logos, content, software) without permission.

9 Responsible Gaming

77 db believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a solution to financial problems. Members are encouraged to follow our responsible gaming guidelines to protect themselves from the negative effects of gaming.

• Members may temporarily suspend their own account for a set period if they wish.
• Deposit limits can be set through support.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, seek help immediately.
• Persons under 21 are not permitted to access this platform.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• If identity verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.

The funds in a member's balance at the time of account closure (excluding bonuses where conditions have not been met) will generally be returned. However, in cases of fraud, all funds may be forfeited.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.

12 Limitation of Liability

77 db accepts no responsibility in the following cases:

• Game losses caused by a member's internet disconnection.
• Account information being leaked due to the member's own negligence.
• Delays caused by technical errors in third-party payment gateways.
• Misunderstandings arising from the interpretation of advertisements or promotional materials.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 77 db does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly.

13 Changes to Terms

77 db reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of the new terms at their first login after any change. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after a change to the terms and conditions will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

14 Dispute Resolution

If a member has a complaint about 77 db's services, please first try to resolve it through the support channel. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID, a detailed description of the issue, and the relevant date and time. All complaints are recorded in writing and a resolution is sought in a timely manner.
